We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our operations in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office by managing administrative tasks, maintaining organized systems, and supporting internal teams with timely execution.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, scheduling, and internal communications


  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy


  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems


  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries


  • Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and invoice processing


  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements


  • Support management and staff with various administrative needs




Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative support or a related role


  • Strong organizational and time-management skills


  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively


  • High school diploma required; associate’s degree or higher preferred
