Order Picker

The Order Picker is responsible for accurately pulling components for customer orders, receiving incoming inventory, and performing regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Pick components accurately to fulfill order requirements.
• Receive and properly store incoming components.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts as scheduled.
• Ensure all tasks are performed efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Must comply with all safety policies and regulations.
• Maintain a positive, cooperative, and respectful attitude.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and organization.
• Effective communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and humility.
• Ability to read and comprehend written procedures in English.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder).
