What You Will Be Doing
As a Category Demand Planner & Buyer for Titleist Clubs, you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning global supply with market demand for one of golf’s most iconic brands. This role is responsible for developing and executing demand forecasts, managing inventory strategies, and driving procurement plans that support both new product launches and ongoing programs. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Global Operations—to ensure accurate planning, timely purchasing, and optimal inventory levels across all channels. From consolidating global forecasts and managing supplier capacity to analyzing SKU-level performance and driving ERP system accuracy, you’ll be the strategic link between demand signals and supply execution. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complexity in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required; CSCP certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement, planning, or order management
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; SAP and LEAN manufacturing experience a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage full-cycle demand planning and buying
- International travel required once every 24 months
- Passion for golf and industry experience preferred
