In this dynamic position, you’ll lead cross-functional marketing initiatives that support key product launches, campaigns, and events across all club categories. You’ll collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, creative, and fitting teams to drive projects from concept to completion—on time and within budget. With a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for planning, you’ll ensure every deliverable—from digital ads to product decks—meets the highest standards of quality and brand consistency. What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, communications, or creative team leadership
- Strong understanding of the golf or sporting goods industry; golf product or sports marketing experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining high quality
- Skilled in using project management tools (preferably Monday.com) and familiar with print, digital, and video asset workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to give clear, concise direction
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- PMP certification is a plus
