Essential Functions

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of facility
  • Conduct new hire orientation and safety training
  • Coordinate with corporate office benefit meetings, paperwork
  • Prepare and process weekly payroll
  • Facilitate FMLA and leave cases
  • Communicate effectively with associates at all levels, addressing questions and concerns
  • Acting Safety Coordinator for facility
  • Back up Production Coordinator duties as needed
  • Participate in daily production meetings

Qualifications

  • Maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multi task on various projects
  • Extensive computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel, Google Suites, etc.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Production and inventory knowledge a must
  • Will work same schedule as production, Saturdays may be required
  • Bilingual required

Experience

  • Prior experience with Kronos timekeeping systems a plus
  • Good understanding of quality systems and processes
  • Ability and desire to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals
