Essential Functions
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of facility
- Conduct new hire orientation and safety training
- Coordinate with corporate office benefit meetings, paperwork
- Prepare and process weekly payroll
- Facilitate FMLA and leave cases
- Communicate effectively with associates at all levels, addressing questions and concerns
- Acting Safety Coordinator for facility
- Back up Production Coordinator duties as needed
- Participate in daily production meetings
- Maintain high level of confidentiality
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multi task on various projects
- Extensive computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel, Google Suites, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Production and inventory knowledge a must
- Will work same schedule as production, Saturdays may be required
- Bilingual required
- Prior experience with Kronos timekeeping systems a plus
- Good understanding of quality systems and processes
- Ability and desire to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals
