Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and ductwork
- Assist with removal of old equipment and prepare job sites for new installations
- Read and interpret blueprints, installation manuals, and manufacturer specifications
- Safely operate tools and equipment required for HVAC installation
- Follow project timelines, complete installations on schedule, and ensure quality workmanship
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors throughout each project
- Ensure all work meets local codes and company quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 1 year of HVAC installation experience preferred (but motivated beginners are welcome to apply!)
- Valid Driver's License required
- EPA Certification required (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Professional demeanor with good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow supervisor directions
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in the trade
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening if required
- Physical ability to perform installation work (lifting, climbing, standing, etc.)
