Physical Achievement Center is seeking a highly motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Sales Manager, aka "Treatment Coordinator." Our ideal candidate is a "people person" who is highly likable, charismatic, and able to build rapport quickly. This is a sales role that requires someone who is comfortable discussing finances with patients and has a track record of success in medium/high ticket sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consultations to gather patient information and assess their suitability for our program.
  • Assist our Manual Therapist in conducting the examination, including tests and x-rays.
  • Review the Doctor's recommendations for care with patients and address any concerns or objections they may have.
  • Motivate and encourage patients to take action and participate in the program.
  • Provide guidance and support in onboarding patients with equipment, supplements, and dietary changes.
  • Perform post-program follow-up and maintenance care to build long-term value with patients.

  • Comfortable discussing finances with patients and finding solutions to financial and monetary issues

Success Metrics:

  • 40% show rate from appointment set to Day 0/Day 1 visit.
  • 75% conversion rate to ROF appointment.
  • 75% of ROF patients commit to care—ideally 50% through financing or cash pay.


Work Schedule:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Wednesday, Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Flexibility may be required based on doctor’s and patient schedules.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary ($55k/yr) + Commission (5% of gross on new care plans sold) = On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 - $88,000/yr
