Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines using industry-leading tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Maven or Gradle etc.
- Architect and orchestrate containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes for scalable and efficient application deployment.
- Collaborate with development /test teams to integrate automated testing tools like Junit and Selenium, into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Implement and manage infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation for provisioning and configuration.
- Utilize configuration management tools such as Ansible or Chef to automate server configuration and ensure consistency across environments.
- Implement monitoring and logging solutions using tools like Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Evaluate and recommend tools for code quality analysis, static code analysis, and security scanning, such as SonarQube or Checkmarx.
- Lead efforts to automate manual and repetitive tasks through scripting languages like Python or Shell.
- Collaborate with cloud service providers (Azure or Google Cloud) to optimize cloud-based infrastructure and services.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the team on best practices for DevOps tools and processes.
