This individual will provide vision, direction, and leadership in areas including financial planning, revenue cycle management, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with the organization’s mission and growth goals
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, billing, and cash flow management
- Lead the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with healthcare-specific regulations
- Analyze financial performance, providing actionable insights to executive leadership and the board
- Evaluate opportunities for operational efficiency and revenue optimization across the organization
- Maintain relationships with external partners including auditors, lenders, and regulatory agencies
- Support strategic initiatives including mergers, partnerships, and capital investments
- Cultivate a high-performing finance team focused on excellence, transparency, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in healthcare or a similarly regulated industry
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle management, reimbursement, and healthcare finance regulations
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Proficient in financial systems, reporting tools, and advanced Excel functions
