Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Assist Lead Pool Technicians with cleaning and servicing large and complex residential swimming pools
- Support tasks such as skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and chemical treatment of pools
- Help with the setup, breakdown, and transport of equipment as needed
- Follow Lead Tech instructions and safety protocols on every job
- Participate in basic maintenance checks of pool equipment
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with clients
- Use company-provided vehicle to travel to job sites when necessary (under supervision)
- Perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attend training and team meetings as scheduled
- No previous pool care experience required - full on-the-job training provided!
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in hot and humid conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Bi-weekly pay
- Overtime potential
- Company vehicle provided when required for service
