What You´ll Do
Pre-Sale Responsibilities
- Develop creative decks and collateral for client proposals and presentations.
- Generate original campaign ideas across multiple channels including audio, video, social, and events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to creatively ideate new opportunities for both existing and prospective clients.
- Create detailed budgets and timelines for proposals; liaise with potential event and production vendors as needed.
- Develop proactive sales pitches and packages, including coordinating with Acast network talent to uncover unique market opportunities.
- Manage client relationships throughout the production process.
- Serve as project manager to ensure delivery of branded content projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate across sales and production teams to meet all client needs and uphold brand standards.
- Align campaign execution with client marketing goals in partnership with the sales and strategy teams.
- Develop and present client-facing wrap reports, tracking performance metrics such as downloads, press coverage, and testimonials.
- Lead internal post-mortems to optimize processes and drive future improvements.
- Produce case studies for internal and external use, and ensure they are shared across the sales organization.
- Attend branded content and marketing conferences to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Work closely with the Director of Creative Strategy & Partnerships and the Global SVP of Business to align efforts with broader business goals.
Excellent presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders
- Quick-thinking and adaptable — able to pivot ideas or strategy on the fly
- Passionate about brand storytelling, advertising innovation, and emerging media
- Self-starter who proactively hunts for new opportunities and ideas (“Wouldn’t it be cool if…”)
- Team player who welcomes feedback, values collaboration, and celebrates shared wins
- 3+ years in a content strategy, brand strategy, or similar creative role
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve complex brand challenges
- Strong project management skills; ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail in all deliverables — especially presentations, emails, and campaign operations
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Strong design sense and experience creating presentations (Keynote and Google Slides preferred)
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Preferred Qualifications
- Based on the West Coast (US, Mexico, or Canada)
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)
