As a Call Center Representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our products and services.

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
• Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the database
• Process orders and handle billing inquiries efficiently
• Educate customers on product features, service updates, and promotions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
• Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure under pressure
