Description:

Position Function:

Assist in the development, testing and maintenance of data and reporting solutions to support operations of child-serving programs.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in an associated discipline preferred

Experience/Skill Requirements:

  • Two or more years of experience in a data-oriented role
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of social services
  • Familiarity with SQL and BI tools preferred

Functional Requirements:

  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques
  • Familiarity with database design and querying

Working Conditions:

Sitting long periods of time at computer. Some travel required.

Exposure To Confidential Information:

This position involves exposure to confidential information about clients, personnel, and proprietary company practices. All confidential and sensitive information must be managed per company policy and applicable laws.

Key Expectations/Responsibilities:

  • Design and build reports and dashboards to support program operations and decision-making.
  • Maintain and design database tables.
  • Maintain and design processes to support importing and exporting data.
  • Collaborate across departments and teams to define and operationalize metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Train and support users in accessing, interpreting and improving reporting tools.
  • Troubleshoot problems or issues with reports.
  • Use statistics and analytics tools to answer questions about data, reveal insights, and improve client outcomes.
  • Participate in and support quality improvement activities and teams throughout the organization.
  • Champion efforts to improve data integrity, quality and normalization.
  • Other duties as assigned.
