Assist in the development, testing and maintenance of data and reporting solutions to support operations of child-serving programs.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in an associated discipline preferred

Sitting long periods of time at computer. Some travel required.

- Two or more years of experience in a data-oriented role
- Knowledge of HIPAA and commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of social services
- Familiarity with SQL and BI tools preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
- Knowledge of statistical techniques
- Familiarity with database design and querying

Key Expectations/Responsibilities:
- Design and build reports and dashboards to support program operations and decision-making.
- Maintain and design database tables.
- Maintain and design processes to support importing and exporting data.
- Collaborate across departments and teams to define and operationalize metrics and key performance indicators.
- Train and support users in accessing, interpreting and improving reporting tools.
- Troubleshoot problems or issues with reports.
- Use statistics and analytics tools to answer questions about data, reveal insights, and improve client outcomes.
- Participate in and support quality improvement activities and teams throughout the organization.
- Champion efforts to improve data integrity, quality and normalization.
- Other duties as assigned.
