Job Responsibilities:
- Basic office duties such as proofing, printing, faxing, photocopying
- Answer phones, direct calls, take messages and distribute accordingly with excellent telephone etiquette and amazing customer service
- Assisting President, Portland staff and consultants as requested
- Extensive use of the Microsoft Office Suite, Ortho 2 Edge, Adobe, Google, Gmail and Google Suite among other programs
- Review and creation of reports, contracts, confirmation letters, PowerPoint presentations, emails, etc.
- Document and report to Peniche and Associates management concerning his or her work with clients, and serve as a resource for client questions
- Peniche team meetings and conference calls, in which you will share information, insights, and new approaches developed while working with clients
- Attend and provide support, including logistics, for Lectures, Seminars, Workshops, Study Clubs, Society Meetings and Component Meetings
- Manage projects as assigned to ensure timely completion
- Some travel
- Client support & relations
