The Director of Global Key Accounts will lead strategic relationships with high-value customers to accelerate sales growth, maximize penetration of Hoya Vision Care’s branded products, and enhance customer loyalty. This role is responsible for revenue generation, strategic planning, and leading a team of strategic account managers. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader skilled at cultivating trust and loyalty with key stakeholders through proactive engagement, consultative selling, and tailored solutions that drive mutual success. The role requires excellent cross functional partnership in a global team, a detailed and proactive approach to account planning, and the ability to navigate complex customer relationships across a variety of roles.
