The Amazon North America Stores Creative (NASC) Ops team is responsible for delivering bold, performance-driven creative that elevate standards by leveraging innovation, operational excellence, and technology to our customers. We are seeking an experienced, detail oriented and proactive Creative Project Manager to support the creation of content within NASC. This role is instrumental in delivering engaging experiences for our customers, and delivering bar-raising creative in conjunction with our creative and marketing partners. You will be responsible for working cross-functionally, managing project timelines, ensuring deadlines are hit and proposing trade-offs if/when scope increases. You will lead internal and agency-produced work, acting as the key project driver with internal stakeholders and highly proficient in presenting to leadership. This candidate should possess an Earns Trust mentality, with a proven track record of establishing partnerships with cross-functional teams in order to move projects forward . Lastly, this candidate should continuously look around corners to avoid project roadblocks and proactively invent and simplify processes within their work stream.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Key job responsibilities
- Manage multiple parallel projects working with designers, writers, developers, business leaders, marketing, other key partners (PM) and external vendors.
- Manage end-to-end process and mechanisms for content creation including defining prioritization criteria, schedules, stages and gates, defining scope and stakeholders’ role and responsibilities.
- Ensure all deliverables are meeting business partner expectations, including adherence to established timelines, budgets and style guides.
- Uphold standards and best practices methods.
- Ensure the creative team focuses on priority projects, knows the project vision, objectives and requirements.
- Collect and synthesize input from stakeholders and share out to the creative team.
- Communicate to the creative team project status, flagging and troubleshooting potential issues while making trade-offs between time, quality and/or resources.
- Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management.
- Remove roadblocks, disambiguate situations that impede designers and other stakeholders
- Develop and/or support initiatives to optimize cross team mechanisms, procedures, and best practices.
- On-board and manage external vendor resources.
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
