Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Evening Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing critical administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls, determine the nature of the call, and direct the caller to the appropriate individual or department.
- Greet all visitors and direct them to the appropriate office or resident room.
- Issue and collect visitor identification badges and manage sign-in/sign-out procedures.
- Maintain a current list of residents by name and room number, along with emergency contact numbers, department extensions, and key personnel contacts.
- Provide administrative assistance to department directors including typing reports and correspondence.
- Support payroll and other administrative functions as needed.
- Manage and track key dates for contracts, renewals, and administrative deadlines.
- Operate and maintain office equipment such as copiers and telephones.
- Handle voicemail setup and paging system operations as required.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clerical or administrative role.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English clearly.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented attitude.
