Monday - Friday 6:45AM - 3:30PM
You will work with clean plastic made at our factory, it is not trash or garbage. Your job is to help grind and prepare the plastic so it can be reused in our production process.

You will work with clean plastic made at our factory, it is not trash or garbage. Your job is to help grind and prepare the plastic so it can be reused in our production process.
Your Main Tasks
- Sort plastic into groups by size or type.
- Set up and run a big grinding machine that breaks the plastic down.
- Adjust the machine as needed for different kinds of plastic.
- Load clean plastic into the machine the right way to avoid jams or problems.
- Watch the machine while it runs to make sure it’s working properly.
- Clean the machine and take care of it. If it needs repairs, let maintenance know.
- Check the plastic that comes out to make sure it looks right and is the right size.
- Follow all safety rules. Always wear your safety gear (PPE).
- Report any safety problems or injuries right away.
- Keep simple records about how much plastic you grind and if anything breaks.
- Fix small machine issues like jams or if it gets stuck.
- Help improve how things are done to make the job faster or better.
- Drive a forklift safely to move big boxes of plastic.
- Make sure everything is labeled correctly and stored in the right place.
- Help check the quality of materials before they’re used again.
- Work with your team and talk to your supervisor often to stay on the same page.
- Ability to learn how to safely use and take care of big grinding machines and other tools.
- Be able to fix small problems with the machine if something goes wrong.
- Understand how to stay safe while working and follow the rules for handling plastic materials.
