Anderson University invites applications for the Assistant Athletic Trainer position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assist Director of Sports Medicine in all aspects of the Sports Medicine Department including evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, documentation of athletic injuries, and provide on-site coverage for athletic teams as assigned by the Director of Sports Medicine.

The Bill and Gloria Gaither Sports Medicine Center is a 4,000 sq. ft. space that houses 4 athletic trainers and 1 graduate assistant, a physician’s office, a large open treatment/rehabilitation area with appropriate modalities, locker rooms for staff, and an extensive hydrotherapy area, in addition to a 450 sq. ft. dedicated taping area.

Qualifications
The successful candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, Master's preferred. BOC certified. Ability to work as part of a team environment. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to and ability to work with a diverse student population. An understanding of and commitment to the mission of a Christian college is required. Must meet university lifestyle expectations.
Benefits: This is a 10-month, full-time position. Eligibility for university benefits; including health and life insurance, HSA, 403B, dental, vision and remitted tuition for the employee and family members.
