Description

The Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is searching for individuals to join our growing team as a Finance Manager.

We are seeking experienced automotive finance manager who have a positive attitude, attention to detail, impeccable with paperwork and are goal orientated. In return, you will be part of a dynamic company that provides our people with support, career advancement opportunities and great benefits.

Standard sales schedule is: Monday-Saturday, with one weekday off, and one Sunday per month

Salary: Commissions, monthly bonuses, contests

In This Role, You Will

  • Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process
  • Establish and maintain strong relations with our lenders
  • Determine the customer’s need for financing and explore payment options
  • Establish a positive relationship with customers as they are presented products and services
  • Present warranties, GAP insurance and other beneficial products offered by the dealership
  • Secure and finalize transactions in a legal and ethical manner while maintain a high level of productivity
  • Meet monthly forecast for finance and insurance income, penetration levels and customer satisfaction
  • Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to the transaction and submits to the dealership’s Accounting Department in a timely manner
  • Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience
  • Other tasks assigned by the management team

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior experience in a dealership F&I department
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, e-mail, Excel & Word
  • Ability to prioritize job tasks
  • DealerTrack Experience a plus
  • Be a motivated self-starter
  • Positive professional presence with customers and co-workers
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills verbally & written
  • Be able to work Saturdays, as well as one Sunday per month
  • Be 18 or older and possess a valid driver license and clean driving record
