
About the Role
OpenLoop is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in expanding our client base and accelerating revenue growth by delivering best-in-class telehealth solutions, with a focus on Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) services. You'll manage the entire sales cycle—from identifying and qualifying leads to closing deals—while building long-term relationships with healthcare providers, health systems, and digital health companies.
What You'll Do
- Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Manage and advance a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Conduct consultative product demos tailored to client needs, particularly around RPM and CCM offerings.
- Develop and deliver customized proposals that address the clinical and business needs of healthcare organizations.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with prospective clients to close deals efficiently and profitably.
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations and digital health startups.
- Stay current with telehealth, RPM, and CCM industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—including marketing, customer success, and product—to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and insights from the field with the broader team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, marketing, or healthcare administration.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in telehealth, healthcare technology, RPM, or CCM solutions.
- Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying sales role, with a consistent record of exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, value-based care models, and chronic disease management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working in a high-growth startup environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot (or similar platforms).
- Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Remote Salary Range: $60,000 USD - $70,000 USD
