About Giga
Giga builds the electrical infrastructure that powers the modern world. We manufacture transformers, switchboards, and modular data centers for customers across the United States and the globe. Together, our team combines fresh perspectives with deep industry experience to solve real-world problems for our customers. We move fast and think practically. If you're ready to make an impact in an industry that matters, we're looking for people like you.
What You’ll Do
As Giga’s Head of Sales, you’ll take ownership of the full sales organization across multiple verticals including oil & gas, data centers, crypto mining, and industrial power infrastructure. You will be responsible for building scalable processes, playbooks, and systems to drive predictable, repeatable growth as we expand into new markets and geographies. You’ll build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team, while directly shaping Giga’s go-to-market strategy and customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing company where you’ll have outsized ownership, visibility, and impact on both revenue growth and team development.
Where you’ll work
This role will be based in our San Francisco or Houston offices. You must be willing to work in the office full-time, outside of our bi-weekly WFH Fridays. Employees will be able to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year.
Responsibilities

Giga Energy complies with all applicable labor laws, including the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) and other relevant state and federal regulations. We provide reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and encourage applicants who require accommodations during the hiring process to contact us.
