- Maintains the departments drawing archives including both paper and
- Investigates and evaluates requests for small- to medium-sized
personnel;
- Designs and completes small- to medium-sized architectural projects
work, creating project budgets and schedules, and providing plans
and specifications;
- Provides oversight and project management for small- to medium-sized
- Makes final inspection of completed projects and authorizes their
procedures;
- Manages contracts for outside technical registrants as required for
monitoring progress, reviewing and approving the work and processing
payments;
- Participates with in-house licensed professionals in programming,
project specifications and required revisions, construction
administration and site monitoring for large projects;
- Makes technical and physical surveys and compiles data for use in
- Uses Computer-Aided Drafting/Design equipment and related software

- Uses drafting and graphic design software to develop presentations,
