Position Overview: Fan Experience captures the essence of Braves baseball by honoring the team’s history while directly involving fans in its action and excitement. The Fan Experience Coordinator supports the Vice President of Broadcasting & Fan Experience, to prepare, execute and assist with all aspects of Game Presentation, Events, Entertainment, Production and Broadcasting.

Position Overview: Fan Experience captures the essence of Braves baseball by honoring the team’s history while directly involving fans in its action and excitement. The Fan Experience Coordinator supports the Vice President of Broadcasting & Fan Experience, to prepare, execute and assist with all aspects of Game Presentation, Events, Entertainment, Production and Broadcasting.
Major responsibilities:
- Serve as an administrative assistant to the Vice President of Broadcasting & Fan Experience
- Work cross-functionally with all departments to successfully fulfill sponsorship and marketing initiatives on time while staying true to the Braves’ brand and enhancing the fan experience
- Write, edit and fact check copy for in-game scripts
- Develop and execute exceptionally detailed schedules, spreadsheets, and calendars for the department
- Create, manage and take ownership of Rundowns for game days
- Record and maintain meeting invitations and minutes, supply orders, invoices, and other administrative tasks for the Fan Experience department
- Contribute to the creation and development of in-game entertainment features and executions
- Stage Manage In-Stadium Hosts on gamedays.
- Assist in execution of all department events (Game Day and Non Game Day)
- Other duties as assigned by the Vice President
- Professional experience in sports production, promotion, broadcasting or special events
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable
- Strong ability to multi-task, manage time, and learn on the job
- A self-starter with eh ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
- Team player with an others first mentality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Available to work weekends, weekdays and holidays
- Passion for the game of baseball and the Atlanta Braves
