Franchise Development Coordinator

The Franchise Development Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate territory data through regular checks and updates to the Territory Check Master File, as well as overseeing the GbBIS software to support franchise development activities. This role involves maintaining the Master Zip Code List to ensure effective territorial coverage and managing broker relationships to keep them informed about franchise opportunities. Additionally, the Coordinator captures and qualifies new franchise leads, generates and analyzes development metrics reports, and identifies process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Coordination with the franchise development team and other departments is key to supporting franchise recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective franchisees.

Key Accountabilities
- Engage and Nurture Leads: Make outbound calls, send emails and SMS messages to franchise candidates using our calling platform. You’ll represent HorsePower Brands and our franchisor partners with professionalism and enthusiasm while building strong rapport with prospective franchisees.
- Qualify Candidates: Listen actively and ask thoughtful questions to assess candidate fit, verify financial qualifications, and confirm territory availability using mapping software and brand-specific criteria.
- Coordinate Schedules: Manage calendars across departments and time zones to coordinate and confirm meetings between candidates and the sales team. You’ll ensure meetings are accurately logged and timely follow-ups are executed.
- Manage CRM Data: Keep candidate records up to date in HubSpot CRM, including detailed notes, summaries, and pipeline activity. Ensure a clean, accurate, and accessible database for the entire development team.
- Track Performance: Monitor KPIs and daily activity dashboards to evaluate outreach efforts and lead conversion success. Contribute to reports and help refine processes to improve the candidate experience.
- Support Collaboration: Partner with the franchise development team and other internal departments to support recruitment and onboarding efforts. You’ll also provide administrative support and contribute to special projects that advance our growth strategy.
- Other duties may be assigned
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar administrative role. Knowledge of franchise development is advantageous but not necessary.
- Excellent phone skills with the confidence to handle high volumes of outbound and follow-up calls.
- Experience using calling and SMS software, along with CRM systems like HubSpot.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily outreach and scheduling goals.
- A positive, collaborative attitude and a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience.
