The Director of Marketing at MagnaWave will lead all aspects of the company's marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, product demand, and business growth. This individual will oversee marketing planning, communications, digital strategy, product marketing, and marketing research. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B/B2C marketing within the veterinary/equine industry, wellness/healthcare or manufacturing industry, is hands-on, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and values-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals and sales objectives.
- Oversee branding, content creation, digital marketing, and public relations efforts.
- Lead the execution of product launches, sales enablement tools, and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and operations to support growth initiatives
- Manage the marketing budget and track ROI on campaigns and activities
- Maintain and evolve the company website, SEO/SEM strategy, and digital presence
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and customer/vendor meetings as needed
- Supervise external agencies, vendors, and internal marketing staff
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in manufacturing, equine/veterinary, or wellness/healthcare industry is a plus
- Strong leadership, project management, and strategic thinking skills
- Proven experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM/ERP systems (Odoo), and analytics tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a small business and wearing multiple hats while juggling multiple tasks
