- Lead your team to meet leasing, renewal & collection goals
- Cultivate a strong resident-first community culture
- Oversee resident relations, events, and service satisfaction
- Monitor and resolve maintenance requests efficiently
- Manage financial operations in line with budget goals
- Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and fair housing
- Foster an engaging, supportive team environment
- 2+ years of property management experience
- Experience managing/supervising 4+ team members
- Strong computer skills – YARDI experience preferred
- Housing Voucher experience is a plus
- Budget interpretation and financial reporting skills
- Working knowledge of maintenance processes and small project oversight
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal property laws
