Major Job Activities
- File pre-coded documents in chronological file.
- Operate office equipment
- Typical duties include: assisting in a variety of administrative matters.
- Maintain a wide variety of financial or other records (stored both manually and electronically).
- Verify statistical reports for accuracy and completeness
- Compile information.
- Maintain and review accuracy of reports prior to submission
- Office and outside work required by mission requirements.
- Nights, Weekend, Overtime and travel may be required by mission requirements.
- Exposure to weather conditions such as rain, wind, extreme heat and cold.
- Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task under short deadlines.
- Effective organizational, analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact at all levels with strong written and verbal communication.
- Possess high ethical standards and demonstrate professionalism.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment, such as face mask, safety shoes, hand and eye wear.
- Must be able to operate in a prolonged sitting or sitting environment.
- Must be able to walk on uneven ground and within various sites at times in the performance of duties.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a valid REAL ID State Driver's License with no restrictions.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
- Must be able to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship, such as a birth certificate or a U.S. Passport.
- Must be able to maintain driving privileges aboard the Fort Bragg Installation.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to work independently or in a team-base, high collaborative environment.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills; ability to interact at all levels.
- Ability to work independently or in a team-based, highly collaborative environment.
- Defense Transportation Regulation covering Cargo movement, preferred.
- Transportation Cargo, preferred.
