Description

We're seeking a strategic, solutions-oriented Director of Operations to lead and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of key organizational and cross-departmental priorities and initiatives. The Director will work cross-functionally with program directors and other leaders to align operational strategies with the organization's mission and long-term goals.

The Director of Operations will provide oversight in the areas of Facilities, Support Services & Access, organizational compliance, organization policies and procedures, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of cross-departmental projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and organizational goals.
  • Work with department leaders to improve workflows, enhance productivity, and resolve operational issues. Facilitate interdepartmental project teams to implement strategic priorities and promote organizational agility.
  • Evaluate programs and services using performance data and metrics. Report on outcomes to inform strategic improvements and optimize service effectiveness.
  • Translate operational and clinical data into actionable insights that drive strategic planning, program development, and quality improvement efforts across departments.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Serve as a key leader in change management, implementing structured approaches to support system upgrades, operational transitions, and new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department directors to ensure optimal allocation and utilization of resources across programs.


Qualifications

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or health-related field is required.
  • Master's degree in business or health-related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, community services, or nonprofit organizations.
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively lead and manage large-scale, cross -departmental and interdisciplinary projects or initiatives.
  • Ability to understand and use a variety of business and healthcare related computer software.

We are one of the few providers in the state, to provide such an integrative and comprehensive care to all children, adults, and families. In order to provide an integrative approach, we offer a wide variety of services including Outpatient Psychotherapy and Substance Use, Inpatient Residential Treatment, Withdrawal Management and Detoxification, Housing, Skills – Based Training and Targeted Case Management for adults and children, and more.

Pay: $115,000 - $145,000 per year. Compensation is based on years of experience.
