Salary: Up to $20 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:

Charming Lakes Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Functional Maintenance Program Coordinator to join our therapy team. This role is vital in supporting the therapy department by maintaining equipment and supplies, ensuring safe and efficient operations to enhance therapy outcomes. The coordinator will assist therapists, participate in resident assessments, and contribute to implementing individualized occupational therapy care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and care for therapy department equipment and supplies.
• Recommend supply and equipment needs to therapy staff.
• Operate all equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support therapy procedures as directed in resident care plans.
• Participate in resident assessments as needed.
• Assist in developing therapy care plans in collaboration with the MDS team.
• Provide therapy treatments as outlined in care plans.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Previous experience as a Rehabilitation Tech preferred.
• Experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience preferred.
