Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Pricing Manager to lead and manage all pricing initiatives across our diverse sales channels, including Industrial, Retail, Amazon 1P and 3P, and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC). This role is critical in shaping our go-to-market pricing strategy, ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and alignment with our brand and channel objectives.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Pricing Manager to lead and manage all pricing initiatives across our diverse sales channels, including Industrial, Retail, Amazon 1P and 3P, and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC). This role is critical in shaping our go-to-market pricing strategy, ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and alignment with our brand and channel objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Partner Cost Schedules strategies tailored to each channel (Industrial, Retail, Amazon 1P/3P, DTC) to drive revenue growth and Margin Achievement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and eCommerce teams to align Partner Costing with business goals and channel-specific dynamics.
- Manage Partner Cost governance and ensure consistency across channels while allowing for channel-specific flexibility.
- Monitor and report on Partner Cost and Sales Channel performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation
- Oversee the development and execution of Partner Sales Rebate Program and Co-op marketing programs to drive Partner engagement and stimulate growth.
- Lead the development and maintenance of NPD costing models to ensure accurate cost analysis that informs Partner Cost and MSRP strategies to ensure strong decision-making.
- Lead Partner Costing for new product and category launches, ensuring alignment with channel strategies and value propositions and gross margin expectations.
- Support Marketing when needed to analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions and promotional strategies.
- Support and Assist the North American business with In-market MSRP review and analysis of our own products when requested, as needed.
- Develop incentive-based Partner Programs for Industrial Distributors, Dealers, and 3rd Party Sales Agencies that foster demand growth across all markets and channels.
- Support contract negotiations with Key B2B Accounts by providing pricing insights and recommendations.
- Utilize pricing tools and analytics platforms to model scenarios and forecast Product Cost and Price impact to Margin and Profitability across Sales Channels..
- Continual review and analysis of Sales Channel Cost-to-Serve Expenses including but not limited to:B2B Rep Agency Commission Incentive and Rebate schedules, D2C Ad Spend (ROAS), Marketing ROAS, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or channel strategy in a multi-channel environment.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (especially Amazon), retail dynamics, and industrial distribution models.
- Proficiency in data analysis and pricing tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, pricing software).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in using the results from quantitative analysis to develop action-oriented recommendations and programs
