Position Overview:
This position will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care for adult patients requiring rehabilitation services.

Position Overview:
This position will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care for adult patients requiring rehabilitation services.
Essential Job Functions
- Evaluates customer rehabilitation equipment needs and assures that functional goals are established at the evaluation and met.
- Assist or repair any POV or Custom Manual wheelchairs.
- Order appropriate products and equipment for our clients.
- Provides products and equipment to customers and assures proper instruction on the use and care of the product and equipment.
- Provide general repairs to rehab equipment and products, appropriately set up, assemble and program rehab equipment as trained by manufacturers’ recommendations.
- Collaborate and follow-up with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other clinical professionals.
- Assists customer service in obtaining necessary information to qualify orders.
- Follow-up with patients as needed.
- Maintain Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) and National Registry of Rehabilitation Technology Suppliers (NRRTS) certifications/licenses.
- Perform other duties or special projects assigned.
- Willing to travel to multiple locations as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possesses high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess current ATP and NRRTS certifications/licenses in good standing
- Previous experience or required technical/mechanical/repair skills
- Ability to work with patients and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Adhere to all safety regulations and compliance regulations
- Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Ability to lift patients using biomedical techniques frequently throughout the course of a workday/shift; must be capable of easily lifting fifty (50) pounds of weight alone.
- Frequently required to stand and lift objects from 1” to 36” high Body
- Ability to walk, bend, stand and reach constantly during a workday.
- Ability to push wheeled equipment throughout the facility.
- Fine motor skills adequate for scheduling and preparing patients, equipment, and supplies for treatment.
- Frequently required to bend down at the waist to a torso level of 24” above the floor.
- Ability to participate in sustained activities for many hours in duration in accordance with state labor laws.
