Step Up to the Plate & Join Our Graphic Design Team!

Got a love for baseball and a passion for design? Step into the batter’s box! We’re scouting energetic, creative teammates who can handle a fast-paced lineup and knock every project out of the park!

You’ll be our design MVP, cleaning up logos, creating fresh graphics, and supporting product artwork that makes our headwear shine. You’ll help keep projects moving by creating, tracking, organizing, and proofing files. Working side by side with teammates, you’ll make sure every project stays on track and ready for production.

Requirements

What You Bring:

  • Solid skills with design software, especially Adobe Illustrator. Wilcom is a bonus
  • Great time management and the ability to juggle tasks under pressure
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Creative mindset with a good eye for detail
  • Reliable work ethic and a team-first attitude
  • At least two years of experience or education in graphic design
  • Familiarity with digitizing for embroidery is extra credit
