Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Plan and execute landscaping projects according to design plans and specifications.
- Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to ensure efficient project completion.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscaping crew members.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members.
- Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Opportunities for overtime during peak seasons.
- Client Interaction:
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Address client concerns and questions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all landscaping work meets high-quality standards.
- Conduct inspections of completed work to verify conformance to specifications.
- Identify and resolve any issues or deficiencies promptly.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Keep accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment usage.
- Prepare reports on project status, including progress and costs.
- Assist in estimating costs for new projects and preparing bids.
- Work primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- May involve bending, stooping, lifting, and repetitive motion.
- Prolonged standing and walking on uneven terrain may be required.

- Proven experience as a Landscape Foreman or similar role in the landscaping industry.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret landscaping plans and drawings.
- Proficiency in using landscaping tools and equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Certification or degree in Landscape Design, Horticulture, or related field.
- Previous experience in estimating costs and preparing bids.
- Knowledge of local landscaping regulations and environmental guidelines.
