About Your Role
The Development & Builder Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the brokerage’s growth through strategic builder and developer relationships, project tracking, and operational coordination. This role bridges communication between builders, contractors, internal agents, and brokerage departments to ensure smooth and proactive collaboration across all new and ongoing development projects. The Coordinator will also actively prospect and help agents foster relationships to attract new building partners and help the brokerage, agents, and partnered builders maintain high visibility in the community through local associations and events.
