Chief Operations Officer (COO) - ADDAX Outdoors

ADDAX Outdoors is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead our manufacturing and product development initiatives. This is a critical leadership role for an individual who can bridge the gap between engineering expertise and operational execution, driving innovation from concept to completion. As COO, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing operations, supply chain, and product research & development. You'll work closely with our leadership team to define and implement strategic initiatives, ensuring that ADDAX Outdoors continues to deliver cutting-edge products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize all manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Drive product development from ideation through to launch, collaborating with R&D, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Manage complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Oversee supply chain management, including vendor relationships, inventory control, and logistics.
• Implement and refine operational strategies to support company growth and profitability.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations and R&D departments.
• Act as a key operator within the business, actively participating in and driving company-wide initiatives.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering (or a closely related field).
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), with a strong portfolio of design work.
• Proven track record of product development within a research and development (R&D) environment.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, successfully bringing initiatives to completion.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic outdoor industry environment.
