Internal Cross-Functional Liaison
- Work closely with HR, Marketing, Business Development, Pricing, CBO, Call Center and Integration teams to provide the right support and strategic alignment for each clinic.
- Actively surface field feedback to these teams to close operational gaps and improve services offered by central functions.
- Ensure the right corporate resources are deployed quickly and effectively in response to field needs.
Corporate-Clinic Liaison & Escalation Support

- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve business challenges, close operational gaps, and anticipate clinic support needs.
- Lead or contribute to additional initiatives and special projects as assigned.
