We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Concerts & Events Senior Social Coordinator to assist team members with managing and executing social content for PHX Arena across key platforms.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Concerts & Events Senior Social Coordinator to assist team members with managing and executing social content for PHX Arena across key platforms.
What You Will Do
- Execute and support the day-to-day social media strategy for PHX Arena, including planning, scheduling, and publishing content.
- Coordinate real-time event coverage across concerts, Phoenix Suns & Mercury games, and arena activations with internal teams.
- Create compelling copy and social posts that align with the voice and tone of the arena brand.
- Track and report on social performance, compiling post-event recaps and actionable insights.
- Assist with content capture, including short-form video, photo, and live moments for stories and reels.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure all posts align with marketing priorities and upcoming events.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and photographers to deliver content on deadline.
- Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely approvals and consistent messaging.
- Support influencer relations and vendor coordination for social-first campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to write creative, on-brand copy and engage digital audiences across platforms.
- Hands-on experience with real-time social coverage at live events.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Sprout, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of platform trends, cultural moments, and internet-savvy tone, especially for Instagram, TikTok, and X.
- Comfortable working flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to support event coverage.
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital media, or a related field preferred
- 2–4 years of professional social media experience, ideally within concerts, live entertainment, venues, or event marketing.
- Mobile-first video editing experience
