Organizing and validating the consistency and quality of product and vendor data with a focus on our regional distribution centers. This includes updating pricing and
product data in our ERP systems and product management system.
On a Daily Basis Our Data Analyst
- Processes product data maintenance requests in ERP systems, adhering to procedures to maintain product data integrity in support of global product management.
- Completes analysis of data for accuracy and consistency across multiple ERP instances.
- Provides support to field and corporate users to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and requests with focus on meeting service level requirements.
- Performs special projects such as assisting with the testing of data utilities, acquisition data migration, and data enrichment projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related discipline or equivalent business experience.
- 0 – 5 Years of master data governance with a focus on product, supplier, and customer master data.
- Product knowledge is preferred.
- Intermediate to expert-level knowledge of Excel.
- Working knowledge of MS Access and/or experience with SQL.
- ERP system knowledge of Epicor Prelude, and/or experience with Rocket Software’s Unidata relational database management system.
- Extreme attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to coordinate the activities of others.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
