Responsibilities:

• Input and maintain accurate data into our systems
• Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry
• Create and update spreadsheets with large volumes of numerical data
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive information
• Perform quality checks on data to identify and correct any errors
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data
• Identify and suggest improvements to data entry processes
• Report any data discrepancies or inconsistencies to the appropriate supervisor
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a data entry specialist or similar role
• Familiarity with data entry software and tools
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Compensation Range: $80K - $83K
