Job Summary
The Junior Project Manager plays a key supporting role in the coordination and execution of projects across various departments. This position is responsible for assisting with daily project operations, tracking timelines, managing documentation, and supporting communication among stakeholders. Working under the guidance of senior project managers, the Junior PM helps ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management and contribute to the success of dynamic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Has the ability to review, consolidate and communicate detailed analysis to colleagues and customers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards
- Manage project scope and change requests
- Understands Budgeting of labor and material against plan – Business Analysis
- Eliminate products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in project management or a related field (internships or academic project experience may be considered).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Experienced using MS Excel, Word, Power Point and Project. ERP experience is a Plus
- PMP certification is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
- Manual dexterity to handle small components and operate equipment.
