ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada with locations in Cypress, California and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling and we are seeking an Assembly Technician to join our growing team in an onsite position in Henderson, NV.

As an Assembly Technician- Electrical, you will assemble manufactured products and pack according to specifications. The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays at 7:00 – 3:45pm.

This role reports to the Plant Supervisor.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assembles machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, appliances, and more according to directions.
• Reads blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation, then builds to those specifications.
• Uses various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Maintains logs, records, and reports concerning production, machine maintenance, and product inconsistencies.
• Maintains equipment and conveyors and performs basic repairs when needed.
• Inventories tools, parts, and supplies; contacts the materials handler if supplies are needed.
• Periodically checks products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolves any identified problems and alerts supervisor.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
  
  

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Extensive Electrical Knowledge.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
• Detail-oriented and consistent.
• Mechanically Inclined.
• Ability to properly maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment.
• Experienced regarding hand tools and power tools usage.
  
  

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds at a time.
• Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products or machines as directed.
• Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.
• Must wear gloves and ear protection

$21.25 - $21.25 an hour

The hourly range for this role is $21.25 per hour, which serves as a guide for pay decisions. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, such as candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills, as well as pay equity considerations.
