The Data Analyst – ARC Systems Support is responsible for supporting the Data Manager in managing and optimizing the ARC recruiting database. This role involves running reports, building dashboards, fulfilling data requests, and providing user support and training. The analyst will maintain deep knowledge of the ARC system and ensure data integrity and usability across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the Data Manager in maintaining and enhancing the ARC recruiting database.
• Run scheduled and ad-hoc reports to support business operations and decision-making.
• Design and maintain dashboards to visualize key recruiting metrics and trends.
• Fulfill data requests from stakeholders across departments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist users in navigating the ARC system and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Conduct training sessions and create user guides to improve system adaptation and proficiency.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
• Document system processes, data definitions, and reporting standards.
• Stay current with system updates and recommend improvements to workflows and reporting capabilities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to data management and reporting.

Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience working with recruiting databases or HR systems preferred.
• Prior experience in a data analyst or systems support role is an asset.

Bachelor’s: Applied Mathematics, Bachelor’s: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Bachelor’s: Business Administration
