- Processes new hires through the pre-employment and onboarding process
- Coordinates new hire orientation and annual orientationÂ
- Manages payroll duties
- Personnel file management
- Assists with employee engagement efforts

Required Skills:
- Minimum three (3) years Human Resources experience required
- Associate degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
- Working knowledge of Human Resources, State and Federal laws required; Joint Commission knowledge preferred for Hospital positions.
- SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer
- Knowledge of principles for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
- MS Office skills required, especially Outlook, Excel,
- Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
