Associate Marketing Manager- DSO

Starting at $65,000 based on experience.

We are seeking a results-driven marketing professional to join a dynamic and collaborative North America marketing team. The Associate Manager supports the development and execution of marketing strategies targeted at multi-location dental groups and corporate dental networks. This Role focuses on increasing brand visibility, lead generation, and supporting sales enablement across DSO’s.

Position Purpose: To manage, under the direction of the Director Marketing Clinical NA and Director of DSO Sales, select products within the Clinical portfolio that support the DSO market in accordance with the strategic plan for North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Plan and Execute B2B marketing campaigns tailored to the DSO Market. Coordinate advertising/media plans and public relations for SBU with Marketing Communications Department.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales to create pitch decks, brochures, and digital content that resonate with DSO decision markers.
  • Event Support: Coordinate presence and dental trade shows, webinars and lunch and learns.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage email marketing and campaigns focused on engagement.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities in the DSO landscape. Development, analyze and report on market research data.
  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate complete knowledge of the products, introduction of new products to the DSO market. Manage life-cycle of products within portfolio.


Your Qualifications:

  • Four-year degree (BS or BA) in Marketing, Management or related field
  • 3-5 years prior product management experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Solution-oriented & innovative thinking skills
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Ability to travel, including international travel
