Job Overview

G Technology Inc is actively seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Estimator to join our growing team of electrical construction professionals. This hybrid role is ideal for a driven leader with the ability to manage multiple large-scale commercial, industrial, and federal projects ranging from $500K to $5M. You'll take full ownership of the project lifecycle—from planning and procurement to execution and client delivery—while also leveraging your expertise to support cost estimation and change orders during project downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent electrical projects (valued $500K-$5M)
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and planning documentation
• Perform take-offs and prepare detailed cost estimates using Bluebeam and Conest
• Prepare submittals for materials and equipment; ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Coordinate and supervise internal teams, electricians, and subcontractors
• Track project costs, manage budgets, and provide financial reporting
• Maintain quality assurance and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Prepare and manage change orders and resolve on-site issues proactively
• Communicate project status with clients and company leadership
• Ensure safety standards are met on all job sites
• Maintain organized project documentation including permits and progress reports
• Support estimating team as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of electrical project management and estimating experience
• Proven ability to manage teams and multi-million dollar projects independently
• Proficient in Bluebeam, Conest, and blueprint interpretation
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Effective communication and leadership capabilities
• Familiarity with construction processes, electrical systems, and local codes
• Must be able to work on-site in Allentown, PA (hybrid flexibility offered)
