In this role, you'll collaborate with our talented HR teams to design and implement programs that identify, develop, and retain the best talent across our organization. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Assist in developing and implementing talent initiatives that align with our enterprise priorities
  • Support the design and execution of employee development lifecycle programs covering assessment, development, and retention
  • Develop specifications for talent management systems, processes, and training
  • Execute and maintain assigned talent management programs and processes
  • Track and support strategies that advance high-potential talent within the organization
  • Provide guidance to HR Business Partners on executing talent management processes
  • Collaborate with our learning and leadership development team to deliver impactful talent programs

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • BS/BA in related discipline
  • Generally 3+ years of experience in related field; certification a plus

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Experience with talent management programs strongly preferred
  • Project management expertise
  • Established customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of talent management practices
  • Ability to translate data into action/opportunities with guidance
  • Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint
