Regional Human Resources Manager - Carolina Region
Home Branch Location:
- Charlotte or Greensboro, NC branch
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function for multiple corporate retail locations in and around the Northeast region.
- Manage all employee relations activities and the fair and consistent application of all corporate, local, state and federal policies. Maintain the awareness and compliance of all current and emerging labor law activity.
- Develop recruiting and retention strategies to facilitate Crown's continued growth. Will also have responsibility for the overall screening and selection processes at these locations.
- Oversee and facilitate a variety of corporate training activities.
- Frequent travel to other Crown locations within Region in support of these responsibilities.
- The successful candidate will possess a four (4) year degree, preferably in Human Resources, with a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, a valid driver's license and an ability to frequently travel is required.
