What You’ll Do
As a Program Director (similar to a Case Manager), you’ll oversee the internal operations of the Community Living Assistance and Support Services (CLASS) waiver program. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day program activities
- Monitoring services for your assigned client caseload
- Ensuring compliance with program and licensure standards
- Supporting and guiding office staff
- Reporting concerns to the Lead Program Director
- Traveling for client visits and community engagement as needed
- 2+ years of experience working with people with disabilities (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field (required)
- Case management experience (preferred)
- Home health experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with CLASS, CBA, DBMD, or PHC programs (a plus)
