This role involves operating pressure washing equipment, driving company vehicles to job sites, and ensuring every project meets client standards. What You’ll Do
- Load tools, equipment, and cleaning agents based on your daily work order.
- Drive to job sites in a 25’ flatbed or truck/trailer combo (CDL a plus, but not required).
- Assess the site and communicate your action plan to the team and client.
- Pressure wash, scrub, sweep, and restore surfaces to perfection.
- Review the finished job and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Complete all paperwork and reports before heading back.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any issues.
- Collaborate with customers, crews, office staff, and mechanics.
- Help out with snow removal when needed—because we’re a team year-round.
- Valid driver's license + 3 years of clean driving experience
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders, lifts).
- Able to lift 50 lbs, operate equipment, and stay physically active for extended shifts.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-driven.
- Flexible with hours—we work around weather conditions.
- Leadership experience is a major plus.
